Inspired by Shelter in Plays, the Playhouse’s innovative response to COVID-19 and its impact on the arts community, The Confessions of Clayton Younger evolved out of two of Patrick and Scott’s offerings for that series: “Spring, 2020” and “Fool for Love.”  From those two pieces, and more monologues currently in development, the character of Clayton Younger emerged: a wry, weathered traveler and storyteller in the American West.
Each installment will be released on the Playhouse YouTube channel on the last Thursday of each month, and can be found on the Playhouse and Ironweed Facebook pages.
