Join in the fun as the cast delights you with this annual spoof on the City Different's politics, culture, and society. As Governor Grande returns from his failed campaign for statehood and the smell of elections is in the air, oily prospector Drilligan Shallowell tries to convince wary santafesinos to let him modernize their fair city.
