Nearing the end of his life and seeking a publisher for "Lady Chatterly's Lover," DH Lawrence and his wife spend time with a young and wealthy couple at a French countryside retreat. Adult themes and Nudity
As part of this mini-DH Lawrence Festival, The Lensic, Santa Fe Playhouse and KSFR present the screening of BBC4's new adaptation of D H Lawrence's "Women in Love" by kind permission of BBC starring Rosumund Pike, Rachel Stirling, Ben Daniels and Rory Kinnear. Nottinghamshire writer William Ivory brings together two of Lawrence's most loved novels, "The Rainbow," and its sequel, "Women in Love," which follow the loves and lives of the Brangwen sisters, Gudrun and Ursula.
The Films will be shown Thursday, November 4th, at The Lensic Theatre

on and off by many things, but what keeps them both going is their overwhelming love of the theater.

Originally produced at London's Mermaid Theater in the 70's, COLE outlines the life of Cole Porter through his music. Linked by short monologues by Porter contemporaries (like Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald) over 50 Porter songs make this show a fitting tribute to his genius.
