Jessica Morrow (she/her) is an experienced commercial theatre General Manager and is excited to bring her New York theatrical expertise and public policy experience to Santa Fe Playhouse. Previously Jessica worked as the Associate General Manager with ShowTown Theatricals on productions such as Oh, Mary! (Broadway), Parade (2023 Best Revival of a Musical on Broadway and First National Tour), How to Dance In Ohio (Broadway), A Christmas Carol (National Tour), and numerous productions in development. Jessica has also worked as a company manager in New York and beyond; Beetlejuice (Broadway), Jesus Christ Superstar, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and Something Rotten.

In addition to her commercial theatre experience, Jessica has worked with numerous NYC based non-profit theater companies including New York Musical Theatre Festival, Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts, and Cherry Lane Theatre as a managerial consultant; as well as with Washington D.C. based public policy non-profit, Responsibility.org. She looks forward to merging her commercial and non-profit theatre management experience in furtherance of fulfilling the Playhouse’s mission.

As the daughter of a public school teacher, Jessica has a passion for arts education and is excited about expanding access for the students of northern New Mexico. As the daughter of a cattle rancher, she is also passionate being a good steward of the land she occupies (and perfectly cooked steaks). She looks forward to the opportunity to partner with the people of Santa Fe to amplify diverse and underrepresented voices.

When she’s not working you can find her yelling at the Texas Rangers, hiking, disappearing into a romance novel, or trying to find the best margarita in town. She is a proud graduate of Brooklyn College – MFA Performing Arts Management and West Texas A&M University. Go Buffs!
