Shelly Felt served as Executive Director of Youth Shelters and Family Services (YSFS) from 2017 through 2022 and previously worked with the organization as Director of Finance. Shelly has worked with local not-for-profits since she and her family moved to Santa Fe in 2002. She holds an undergraduate degree from University of Iowa and a master’s degree from University of Virginia. Shelly completed her Certified Public Accounting (CPA) coursework at University of Maryland University College while working full time at an accounting firm in Washington, DC. After obtaining her CPA, she worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 12 years. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs. Shelly has served as a member of the Santa Fe Mayor’s Task Force on Affordable Housing and the Mayor’s Task Force on Homelessness. She is actively involved with members of the community who are together working toward ending homelessness in Northern New Mexico.
