In this three-week program, students will strengthen their acting skills through guided drama experiences, theatre games, and improvisation. They will learn how to use movement and voice to express original ideas and explore a variety of characters and situations. Participants will further refine their acting skills as they collaborate to devise an original piece of theatre that they will share with families and guests on the final day of camp.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT
The Santa Fe Playhouse believes all of our programs should be available and accessible. If you are in need of financial assistance, we have scholarships and sliding scale pricing available.
Scholarship applications are encouraged from students who identify as members of populations that have historically been denied equity, access, inclusion or belonging in the field and in society, who have been marginalized, underrepresented.
Please email to learn more. Please do not let the price deter you from participating. We want to make it work.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME
Experience in theatre is not necessary. Young artists interested in the performing arts are encouraged to apply. We are committed to diversity and invite artists of all ethnicities and gender identities, as well as artists with different abilities, to submit.
