Santa Fe Playhouse will be following CDC guidelines and the NM Public Health Order protocol and procedures regarding COVID-19 safe practices. Everyone will be required to wear masks and practice social distancing. Everyone involved will need to be practicing a heavy quarantine during the rehearsal and production process and be willing to sign a waiver. 

The Santa Fe Playhouse will not be providing transportation. Each individual is responsible for getting themselves to the call on time.

POSITIONS NEEDED ON SET

Rehearsal Dates: August 11 – August 21 (only applicable for P.A. #1)

Shoot Dates: August 24 – August 29

Additional Shoot Dates (if necessary): August 31-September 3

Production Assistant 1/Line Producer – $75/day

Track the script on set, keep crew on track, in charge of call sheet, communicate between all production departments, act as Stage Manager in rehearsals, help load-in and load-out each day

Production Assistant 2/Hair & Makeup, COVID Leader – $75/day

Track hair and makeup on all actors throughout the day for continuity, as well as screening cast & crew at the beginning of each day for COVID symptoms and making sure people are following protocol, help load-in and load-out each day

Production Assistant 3/Costumes – $75/day

Track costumes throughout the day for continuity, make sure that everybody is in the correct costume for each scene, help designers coordinate costumes for shooting, assist in dressing actors, help load-in and load-out each day 

On-Set Sound Mixer – $75/day

Boom operator, live sound mixer, all around sound person on set, help load-in and load-out each day

DESIGN POSITIONS

Deadline for Completion: August 21, 2020

Costume Designers (2) – $300 stipend each

Two costume designers to work together to design the different time periods in the play: the 1920 scenes and the historic time travel scenes. These designers will coordinate the costumes for the entire production, with the help of a costume P.A.

Props/Art Designers (2) – $300 stipend each

The props/art designers will work together to create all props needed for this production, this includes set dressing for locations. The designer will be given a props list and scene breakdown to provide the necessary props for all shoot dates as well as creative agency in their design. 

Sound Designer – $300 stipend

The sound designer will work with the directors to source and/or create, and deliver, all sound effects for the final product.

Musician – $500 stipend

The musician will work with the directors to score the final product.
