Cristina Vigil (she/they) is a local performer, creator, educator, and community member. She’s graced the stages and less conventional venues (as an ensemble immersive performer at Meow Wolf’s House of Eternal Return) of Northern New Mexico and the screens of many parts of the world. They have served as a theater and performance educator and administrator for schools and theater camps (most notably Santa Fe Performing Arts and Warehouse 21) in the Santa Fe, Tesuque, Espanola, and Albuquerque areas. She is currently on the board of directors for Teatro Paraguas and has been an active member of New Mexico’s longest running burlesque company, Zircus Erotique, for the last 8 years. Born and raised in Santa Fe, her art practice is deeply intertwined with and inspired by the community and land that has held her.
