Connie and Tristan meet at a medical drug trial and their chemistry is immediately palpable — but is it real, or a side-effect of a new antidepressant?
In this dark, pill-popping comedy, Connie and Tristan’s illicit romance during a medical drug trial forces supervising doctors to confront the ethical consequences of their work and their personal life decisions. Can medical studies be truly unbiased, or is bias the point? And when does sadness become a clinical problem? The action moves quickly, boundaries blur, and time and space distort.
